Why purchase a new dog coat if you don't have to? 

Send your coat back to us and we will replace the straps on your coat. 

Price includes cost of replacement for one coat only. The cost to return to us is not included. Return shipping will be added at check out.

Check list before sending back;

1. A WASHED AND CLEAN COAT - sorry but we don't like dealing with smelly, hairy coats...

2. Your name and number

Please note: if your dog coat is damaged more than just the straps pricing will vary and we cannot guarantee your product will be 100% good looking again (it will still be practical and warm!)
